I would just get my money back if I were you. It's not worth all the hassle. I think they come with one year warranty (software) but after that your out of luck unless your buy insurance through your wireless carrier.

I'm not sure what your implying. But I have had the phone less then a month. Not dropped or even a scratch on it. They said that it overheated and that's why it became unglued. They said I had it in the sun, which I haven't or a hot area. They consider that physical damage and will not repair...

Don't buy s6 phone. It has overheating issues. I have had mine less than a month and it became unglued. Samsung refused to repair it.
