    After entering it too many times it should pop up and ask for you to log in to the google account the phone was activated with, if it doesnt come up automatically there should be a button saying "forgot password" or something like that Posted via Android Central App

    Had same problem, try this first before getting replacement, go to best buy which is where I went or go to a sprint store, and get the to install a new sim card, if you use best buy they have to call sprint to confirm new sim car numbers
