Maybe I just got lucky, but I've been amazed at how long the standard battery lasts when wifi + 3g are constantly enabled. On the other hand, I don't try to watch movies on my phone....just email, sms, tapatalk, twitter, etc...looks like I can almost go two days between charges.

The most suprising thing about the galaxy nexus is how well the stock battery performs after just a few days (with just 3g enabled). My older Galaxy S1 was lucky to avoid dying after just 12 hours with light usage (4hrs under heavy usage)....the galaxy nexus seems to last closer to 36+hrs with...
