    T-Mobile users make sure you're using a 5G SIM card.

    I noticed I didn't have the newest Sim card on my Note 20 Ultra. I went into my local store and showed the guy this article on the forum. As usual, these guys had no idea. He did check in the back, and brought me out a new one. Installed it for free, and I was out the door in ten minutes.

    I basically was told the same thing that a lot of you have. About 35 days out we should receive an email with the link.

    I actually just got off the phone with a rep from Samsung. I was told I will be receiving an email with a link to use the $200 pre order credit within thirty days. We'll see.

    Battery Life discussion thread.

    I did a factory reset the other day, and it hasn't helped. My battery is draining at a rapid pace. Like ten percent an hour. I hope it improves in the next few days.

    Also check your credit card if you purchased it that way. Although it doesn't mean it's been shipped, it does usually mean that it's starting the process.

    My American Express account went from a pending charge yesterday, to not showing a purchase from Samsung anymore! Not sure what that means, but it's interesting.

    Note20 delivery--FedEx and Walgreens

    I had FedEx forward my Note Ten Plus to my local Walgreens last year. No problem at all. It was at the store as promised. I showed my ID, signed for it, and walked away. Seemless process.

    Hey guys. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 plus. T Mobile. I live outside of Tampa, and as far as I can tell, we don't have a 5G signal in this area. Yet today, I've noticed my phone shows the 5G icon at the top of the phone. Any idea why? Thanks for the help.

    Netflix and No security update

    I have an unlocked Note Ten Plus in the USA. My phone is stuck on the December security patch, and suddenly my Netflix app says it is not compatible with my phone. I'm sure there has been more recent security updates than December. I did a factory reset, to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Charging overnight?

    I have a car charger, and various chargers around the house. I charge it wirelessly at night on my nightstand. I throw it on whatever charger I need. No issues with battery degradation over the years with my phones.

    Samsung Trade In

    I received an email yesterday that they got my Note 9. I had the front and back of the phone replaced a couple of months ago when I cracked them both. I'm hoping that won't make any difference since they both look new. I guess I'll find out soon enough.

    My American Express was charged yesterday. Mine shows delivery tomorrow via FedEx. I set up a free FedEx account so I can basically decide when and where my phone gets delivered.

    I have several playlists on Amazon Prime Music. Whenever I start the car, it always reverts to a Playlist that I rarely use. Is there a way to always have a particular Playlist appear when first turning on Android Auto?
