Dropped mine about a foot onto a tile floor and it broke. It started as a small chip but grew and grew. This phone is not rugged enough for real world use.

Literally dropped mine from about 1 foot above the tile floor in my classroom (I'm a school teacher) and it broke. It started off as a small crack but of course grew. At first I did not think it would have cracked because it landed flat... meaning that it did not land on an edge or whatnot...
