This is correct. But keep in mind that unless you are in a refarmed tmobile1900mhz area you will only receive edge. The Verizon phones do not have the AWS 1700 band required for T-Mobile HSDPA. Also the LTE AWS band in the vzw S4 is not enabled so more than likely no LTE either. Calls and SMS...

On T-Mobile you will only get EDGE unless you are in an area where T-Mobile had deployed 1900. Tmobiles HSPA runs on the 1700 band. I know they were rolling out on 1900 but I don't know how many areas Sent From My HTC One

Yes. I have both and they both use micro Sim cards. I haven't had a problem switching Sent From My HTC One
