Just got the Tech21 Impact case. So far it seems pretty good. Made of TPU and a decent amount of grip. Although not as grippy as the Speck Candyshell Grip case, which I will also buy as soon as available.

Agreed with Firedogee. I've had nothing but bad results when that "Avoid poor connections" option was checked on previous phones. Unchecking that option always made the wifi better.

Re: droid turbo cases? Well, I've tried using the OtterBox Commuter case for this phone and went back to the shell and holster case instead. The OtterBox is too slippery on the back, making it a chord to hold. Waste of $, IMO.

Re-ran the experiment using a non-turbo charger, the Droid Maxx charger. This time, the charge rate was approximately 0.5 percentage points per minute, roughly half the rate from of Turbo charger. Indeed, the Turbo charger makes a big difference.

Did you specifically sign in to Chrome? Not just add you Gmail or Google account to the phone, but also signed in to Chrome via the settings menu in Chrome?
