The app itself wasn't deleted, just the updates. It just doesn't make sense on Google's behalf, because it says as long as you're signed in, everything should get saved. 👎

Yesterday after uninstalling chrome updates on mobile (Samsung galaxy s7), my bookmarks got deleted. I was signed into google prior to uninstalling, and sync was enabled. Then I reinstalled the chrome updates, thinking that would fix it (it didn't). Why didn't my bookmarks get saved? Also, on...
