ok so I finally got the signal working on my note 4 with the marshmallow update open the dialer and key in ##72786#. worked for me itll restart then signal should work not sure if this applies to anything other than the Note 4 but its worth a try

did the factory data reset no signal still not sure what the problem is will be open to any advice

same here but the note 4 sprint version unlocked been using a local carrier and nothing is working will try a factory reset and see if it works let you know the out come
