I use Norton identity safe. Although I'd have to admit that I don't know how "safe" it is. Haven't heard anything bad about it.

I would clear cache partition and give it a few days first. Mine improved a lot after several days, but some people recommend a reset, I haven't found it necessary.

I'm guessing there is a difference between your setup and an actual sd card that goes inside your phone (which I think this is what Google play is referring to). I'm guessing note 4 had micro SD slot? I also don't use Google play music so I'm not familiar with downloading from there

Not sure what you tried but I think you may have to download to your computer then transfer to card

I'm not positive, but it may be a sin card issue, that might be what the symbol is. You could try pulling the Sim and putting it back in if a simple restart doesn't fix it.

Go to application manager. On the top, there is a drop down menu. It probably says all apps right now. Choose disabled. Click on the ones you want and choose enable

Re: how can I get rid of the one line message preview within the email app? I think if you go into settings/ notifications/ advanced settings/ email/turn off preview in pop ups. Tried this and it only showed subject line for me
