    HERE IS WHAT YOU DO TO FIX THE ISSUE (if with verizon) 1. turn phone off 2. turn phone back on 3. dial #832 and call 4. hangup when you hear "your test call has been successful Your issue should now be resolved. Place a phone call and browse the internet to check.
