I am getting totally fed up with my S4. I restored it yesterday due to 1) texts taking twenty minutes to send or receive 2) the clock only updating every ten minutes or so and 3) all play store downloads stopping at 100% for five minutes before installing. I spent all day reloading the phone...

I'm On 3UK and regularly tether my S4 to my sons iPod touch. 3 allows unlimited tethering with the unlimited data plan so your Mum wouldn't have to pay a ?5 charge. If you are on 3UK unlimited plan you shouldn't be getting warning messages.
