just do a factory reset... if it doesn't work...then flash a stock rom or custom rom compatible for your device

use another stock rom or custom rom

i think something crashed your system UI.. dont't worry we can fix it in few hours.. u should found a stock rom of your tab model in google.. and according to their instruction just flash the rom.. if u have any doubt in flashing the rom u can ask me.... i done this.....several times.... ;-)...

can u please do the factory reset from outside... switch off the phone.. get in recovery mode(it is different in different phone..but usually.. home button + volume up + power mode mode........ if it isn't ..u can google it) from the recovery just do the factory reset.... it mya works.. :-) thnks

is it...?? i don't think so... it just an hardware problem... the rooted issue only affect in software repair
