No purple on my BB blue One.

If this phone really is anodized, it should not wear off. Anodizing bonds with metal. Much like staining wood, it goes deep into the metal. I'm guessing the edge wear was probably from the phone being dropped or else it's not really anodized. FWIW, I have the blue. It looks awesome.

Clear JKase TPU for me. Looks great, like it's encased in glass.

Re: My hTC One is using too much data? True, but I don't trust it to not do something to use data when I'm not connected to wifi (I do have background data restricted on all apps) since we have a small allowance of data. One of these days I plan to test it out to see if any data does get used...
