I suffer this behaviour on my i9505 since long time. No audio during call (I don't hear the other, the other doesn't hear me) but only with the phone itself. If I use a bluetooth earpiece, everything works. I've tried deep clean, reset, custom rom, stock rom... no way. Please help me, I think...
