Not correct, lithium ion batteries don't suffer the memory effect and should not degrade over time. All of my previous Android phones still take the same charge as day one. This myth needs to be put to rest.

Had my Note 4 on Verizon since November and have had zero lag. Truth is, stories of lag on this device are either slightly exaggerated, or completely fabricated.

I won't bother with the update since it doesn't really add many new features and introduces new problems. Plus, I'm on Verizon and it doesn't look like there are plans to release the update anyways...

Agreed that there's no problem at all. Like someone else said, my old S3 has been charged for hundreds of hours and performs like new. Lithium ion batteries don't suffer from the memory effect and can't be overcharged. Charge away!
