This is happening on my S7 Edge as well. I tend to notice it when I'm at work, because of course I want my phone to be silent! The weird thing is that I can't change the volume settings for notifications and system until I take it off mute, because these options are grayed out. :confused:

I'm having the same problem on my Galaxy Note 3 (AT&T). I tried the Clear Credentials step, but it's still greyed out. I've had a pin code on my device since I bought it. Is there anything else to try?

My husband's native camera app has disappeared from his S5 Active. :'( Anyone else have this happen? How did you get it back?
