my husband worked for me! I was mistaken in thinking the info would display on the laptop while the drivers installed...they appeared on the phone itself which I wasn't looking at. newbie error.

My laptop OS is windows. I've followed LG G4 manual (online instructions) to load music from my laptop, but it won't. The driver install seemed to work until the last item...and now I can't retrieve it to tell you exactly what that item was that "failed." Anyone have ideas to get iTunes...
