Hi, I unlocked and switched from ATT to TM last month. I've found that the unavailable service texts are related to Visual Voicemail. I just reopen the app and re-enable visual voicemail. Hope this helps.

I still have issues on my new handset at about 20% with the old battery. Try the steps in the pinned threads first, then try a new battery replacement. Only $30 on Amazon.

If you can live with apps that are less functional if they're even present, then I suggest you stick with WP. Otherwise, I don't see an upside to switching. Speaking from my personal experience, based on what I do with my phone, I feel like I made the wrong choice back in May. Not a bad...

Hi, My Contacts icon had with her disappeared or it has become transparent. The word "Contacts" is still there. There is just no icon. This is the case for my home screen and my app drawer. Any help?
