My Moto 2020 phone started driving me crazy w/ frequent notification sounds. Attempted some of the above fixes, w/o a solution. Accidentally discovered that under the advanced Sounds settings that "Charging sounds and vibration" was enabled. Disabled this and the notification sounds stopped...
