Has anyone of you with a tmobile varient tested 5g speeds? I feel its not much better than lte speeds

Guys and gals i want your opinion on the following. So i tested my tmobile note 9 vs the tmobile n20u both on lte and to my surprise note 9 consistently had faster speeds. N20u gave faster speeds on 5g when ever i check for the first time but when i check anothet time it takes for ever for it...

I am chatting with sammy, they are asking me to cancel and they will credit the amount after 3 days. When asked about the amount of the credit they are not proving me that. I dont want to cancel before knowing the amount as there were many discounts applied to my order.

Does anyone know if I can cancel the galaxy buds I ordered(since not going to ship until September) and use that credit to order active watch?
