If you plan to put a case on the Note 8 you should put a case on and then compare. The regular S series' biggest advantage over the Active series is their looks, but after owning a S6 Active and then a regular S7 I realized that with a case the regular S series is uglier, thicker, and heavier...
Two questions:
1) WTF kind of keys or jeans do you guys have? Metals that can scratch glass? What?
2) If you have AT&T, always have a case on, and don't care too much about reselling, why not just get the Active version? It's thinner and lighter than a phone with decently protective case...
I think a 1 year upgrade cycle is always a bit tricky and are seldom worthwhile. I mean, sure the S7 is a significant upgrade over the S6, but significant enough to spend an extra say $400, assuming you sell the s6 for $300? Not too sure about that.
If Zagg is the only one that makes it, I'll probably buy it, since it's still way cheaper than replacing the screen. They won't be the only one to make it though, I'm sure a bunch of other brands will be sourcing from the same factories.
Turns out they do seem to be shipping the components of the promotion in different packages, but either way I should get my S7 and the Gear VR tomorrow :)
Re: Galaxy S7-All the right moves and then stumbles at the finishing line

Re: Galaxy S7-All the right moves and then stumbles at the finishing line
Right, because in 2016 there are no longer subways, planes, foreign countries, or parking garages. Heck, where I live there are dead spots right next to my building. Every time I drive to work I basically have no...
You need a quickcharger, which comes with the phone, to quick charge the phone, but it can charge with pretty much every micro USB charger out there at whatever speed those chargers are capable of reaching.
Just got a text from BB saying it's shipped. Checking the link online it only shows the Gear VR as being shipped, but I doubt they'll come separately so probably just a glitch (I hope!)
Don't bother contacting app makers, all they care about is reviews, give them a 1-star review on Play store and you're much more likely to get a response.
