It does this for me too. I personally disabled it, as I use the built in music player...not a fan of streaming because of the data use.

OP's question's answer: Yes, swiftkey will work as advertised and auto correct to it's little digital heart's desire, and it does a mighty fine job at it too. Really, really good at guessing right.

I don't know about you guys but mine actually warns me how it can be bad for your hearing when I turn it up. I only max it out when I have it AUX'd up in the car. I think you may have a hardware problem, because mine can get pretty loud, but then again I don't blow my ears out with headphones...

It's definitely the weaker of the contenders. It's just about the only thing I'd knock the device for, along with not being able to have a camera shortcut and a password.

I'm surprised that they finally pushed a metal body, after everyone wanted one for their standard edition. It's a shame their nerfing the specs to some degree, as the housing looks sharp. I'll just go ahead and say it. I'm confused why it has real buttons. I would think for a rugged version...
