I just use the ipod default settings I think aspect is 480 by 200 something. It seemed to work really well in creating an .mp4 file.

From home screen I hit "Menu"---> "Settings" -----> Select your E-mail Account ------>"Account Settings" - ----> "Notifications" -------> check Notification Vibrate.

There is a view section that can switch off between Phone (i.e. backup assistant) and Google. It won't get rid of the duplicates, but let you see one or the other. Contacts---> Menu ---> View
