Guys, this was NOT the phone's fault, and it wasn't caused by "just a fall", but something obviously hit the screen, judging by the chip in the glass. I'm irritated that it happened, but I don't blame the unit! It's taken a beating from me: it has been dropped down two-flights of wooden...

I saw one in an ATT store - played with it for a few minutes and liked it a lot.

Same problem, and it's making the phone near-unusuable. Between that and them taking away the "do not disturb" feature and no longer getting the weather clock on my lock screen - oh, and the terrible battery life that has begun - I'm hating Lollipop and consdiering trying to roll it back...
