Recently (3 months ago) I changed carriers from AT&T to MetroPCS, I took my Note 3 over and since then I was not able to update my phone since then. It hadn't bothered me that much until I saw Lollipop on a friend's Note 3 (also AT&T) which I thought looked nice. I haven't even received 4.4.4...
