Resolved my issue with this. Turns out I have a faulty charging cable. It works well enough to charge my phone but broken enough that it wasn't providing enough power for the pc to recognize the device. Sent from my SCH-I500 using Tapatalk

I agree. I ran the benchmark at least 5 times w each setting and didn't see much if a difference in numbers but noticed my gallery loaded REALLY fast
