S5 also shows it in the app drawer, and every other manufacturers skin that's leaked also has a gallery. Maybe Im just missing something.

The S4 Sam mobile 5.0 video they released shows the gallery in the app drawer but they don't click on it. Wont be surprised if Gallery is One of those touchwiz preloaded apps, like Google Photos.

Chances are things wont change MUCH. Little things like a few menus will get updated, and some settings from the S4 will be added. Not may though considering they dont seem to change everything about it like other manufacturers so customers HAVE to buy the newest thing.

The Google services is using your battery happens with my sprint HTC one. I uninstalled hangouts, Google now , then uninstalled updates for the play store. After that I got my battery life back and now its normal again.
