This was my response after hours of chat with Verizon support and being moved up to different people. So I sent an email to YouTube support through the play store.

I think it actually plays back in 1080p60 even though it doesn't say it. https://youtu.be/anrvBD4aTGY Plays back very fast and smooth for me. Also on Verizon and it just says 1080 but I think it is upticking to 1080p60 if it is an option.

Dolphin for me. Easy to use tabs, bookmarks, addons if you want them. It has flash support. Very fast browser, from my experience anyway.

I use windows media player, sync tab on the right, drag whatever music I want and hit sync. Maybe have WMP populate is library with your iTunes folders. Not sure if that will help now but for future transfers maybe?
