I can maybe help...go to Manage Apps, then to Google Play Store, then Clear Cache. That actually fixed the problem for me. I also done the same to Google Play Services, just in case. You may have to do it twice with GPStore, as I did. I truly hope this helps. Lmk if you will? Have a great...
