    As soon as I click "reboot system now" it says error! just before it shuts down. I've about had it with Samsung!

    Thank you for your reply! Like you, I couldn't get it to go into recovery mode while plugged in. So that is one step closer, but it still froze in the same spot.

    I followed your advice, finally got my tablet to shut down and it seemed to start the update just fine. Then all of a sudden it seemed to freeze on "Android is upgrading...Starting Apps." What now? I'm afraid to touch anything for fear of not being able to recover my stuff.
