    safe to update to 1.4 running CM7 on SD?

    I upgraded to NC 1.4.1 last week and was able to boot from my CM7 SD just fine after the upgrade with no rebuilding of CM7 on the SD. When you run CM7 from the SD, your NC is not rooted. It remains stock. HTH

    Not sure what you mean by 1.4 AFAIK, it is not available for the NC yet. BN web support page (today) says: "coming soon"

    Thanks for this tip. I was trying both CM7 7.1 and gapps (per the step-by-step thread instructions) with no success. Perhaps this should be noted in the thread(s). Save others a lot of frustration.
