It seems that the 4.4.4 upgrade has disabled the YouTube upload of Zoe videos. I was able to upload to YouTube with 4.4.3. But after the upgrade, I can only upload the Zoe vides (videos formed by grouping various pictures and added music) to Zoe.com. Did I miss something?

After doing the hard reset, my S4 still freezes and reboots randomly. It does not work on my phone!

@silverfang77: when I did the software upgrade, it also hang in the last step. I waited half an hour and had to pull the battery to boot it up. I cleared the cache as well. But it did not help. So I had to erase everything and started from scratch. It seems to work fine after that. But hours...

I am thinking to upgrade to S5 from S4. My issues with S4 are: 1. Voice quality sometimes is not good. 2. The phone is slow at times. 3. Cellular reception is not good. In fact, it is worse than my wife'sS3. Will I see improvements in the above 3 areas if I switch to S5?

Yes, my wife's S3 is on Verizon as well. But why would a new SIM solve the reception problem?

Compared to my wife's S3, my S4 seems to have worse radio reception. My phone always gets one less bar than the S3 when they are in 4G mode. When we go to places, the S3 will still be in 4G and my S4 goes down to 3G or 1X. Anyone has a suggestion? Thanks.
