No lag, but as some people mentioned, make sure to turn off animations, clear your cache, and turn off & disable any useless applications in the app manager.

It's called Verizon Edge and I highly recommend it for people who want a new phone once a year. I cancelled my contract early with no fees and was able to get any new phone under this plan. DISCLAIMER: I needed to return my old phone without any damage.

I have the same issue with focusing. Doesn't work all that well with close ups. A manual focus feature would be awesome!

I have yet to find an SMS application that handles group chats properly and MMS (photos/videos) easily. GO SMS is great but I receive double notifications for every group chat message, which is quite annoying. The stock app is good but it handles MMS in a messy way. I've also tried Handcent...

It's funny you say that. I ordered the ZeroLemon 7,000mAH extended battery and it's being shipped as we speak. I'm just concerned I won't like the increased size and weight of my phone. I'll wait and see :)

My S3 is great. I just wish my battery was better.

A launcher is an application that runs on top the default home screen menu. It's a replacement home screen that allows the customization of icons, gestures, folders, dock, scroll effects, lock screen and much more. Nova is one of the most popular launchers.

I certainly agree that if you take care of your device it should last a long time, but every processor will fail eventually.

It appears for me every month, although I don't find it all that useful since it's only a small sample of your phone's GPS tracking. You're not really missing out.

I'm sure you'd be able to remove that if your phone is rooted.

I've never used Evernote for reminders, but Astrid is a good app that allows you to create notifications on added items.
