    I factory reset the tablet...and still no WiFi....noticed there is no IP address listed for device.

    My WiFi connection worked yesterday, now it doesn't. When you try to turn it on the button stays gray and the other side says "turning on"....but never does. Bluetooth works fine. Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Ed. SM-P600 Android Ver. 5.1.1 Kernel ver. 3.4.39-6161737 dpi@SWHD8915 #1 Please Help!!

    Wifi wont turn on

    I have the same issue. worked fine yesterday, now the switch on button stays gray, and the screen stays stuck on "turning on"...and no wifi connections listed....HELP!!

    Why aren't my text messages being received?

    Text messages are not being received...HELP! I got an update yesterday, and now my text messages show that they have sent, but the person on the other end (also has a Note Edge) is not receiving them. What is going on?? What can we do to fix??? Thanks!!:)
