I bought the tbolt when it first came out with a 1yr commitment. Would they consider a replacement or not given that it's over a year since I bought it and I'm out of contract.

Why not just reboot the phone? Long press the power button, then chose reboot.

Anyone fix this yet? Every time I need data on my phone, it doesn't work. I have to flip airplane mode or reboot the phone. The phone is practically useless.

Did pulling the battery work?

Is it hard to upgrade to a newer OS version? Shouldn't Android largely be compatible so that you can just take a current build, use the hold drivers and get it running on older phones? If it is hard, why is it? If it isn't hard, is there a reasonable process a developer to upgrade a phone to 2.x
