It's not supposed to, it's a bumper not a cover. It's main function is to keep the glass from touching anything when laid flat. I had an Apple Bumper on my iPhone 4 from day one and it didn't have a scratch on it when I sold it.

Probably not and I could care less. I paid for shipping, they shipped it. End of story for me.

Exactly what's happened to me..

I was one of those early purchasers in Limbo until Saturday when the order date was updated to the 17th. I received shipping notification from Google overnight and my phone was delivered today and is in hand. It went from Louisville to Boston overnight so they must have upgraded me to overnight...

I was in limbo until this morning. My Play Store purchase page just changed to estimated shipping November 15th but no tracking# yet. I placed my order on November 13, 2012 8:36:45 AM UTC-8. Looks like the first batch of orders was not lost.

Mine shows pre-ordered? My CC has been charged.
