Its the camera, I saw a few comments about a "rattle" type noise but its a simple fix.. I believe you just have to launch/adjust something in camera app. Think there's also a thread here in AC also...

The Note 20 DOES have the option to enter your name, info on the homescreen. Go to Settings, Lock Screen, then Contact Information.

I've been with Verizon until just few days ago & as others have stated you should just need to change the SIM from your old device to your new one. If you don't have the SIM removal tool the end of a paper clip works just fine! And, if you do want/need to call Carrier, it IS good to call from...
