    Contact info during phone call

    So while I am on a phone call I need to use the keyboard, I hit the keyboard, it shows , however the contact info at the top stays so I can't use the 123 keys, is there a way to hide that info besides hitting the x during the call?

    I have only had my phone 4 days... I am at work and I look over at my phone and I have the green android guy on the screen with a message... Downloading.... Do not turn off target!! Is this how updates are done? No warning?
