Same thing happened to me with the Moto G 2nd Gen. The WMobile service rep just told me to erase everything and reset the phone. Still won't work. Phone keeps dropping and breaking up calls. No data. He was also trying to sell me a cheap $20 touchscreen phone in case the reset won't work...
