check the USB port, make sure the tang in the middle isnt touching the edge. Happened to me. :)

I had this problem and I figured it out. Actually its not Samsung's fault as such. I had this happen on my DX as well. The problem for me was, the mini USB port on the Bottom of the phone. If you plug the phone in, it is possible on occasion to bend the middle tab that goes inside the female...

Just upgraded from a rooted Froyo Kernel running Rubix, to Gingerbread .605. Now I need to know if there are any ROMs that run on the Gingerbread Kernel that are stable and well worked out like rubix was on Froyo? Any help would be awesome Tyvm
