My Alcatwel Also does not save anything. I thought that these AD cards came formated when pyrchased new. There was no mention in or on the packaging to format. I guess it will not hurt to format it and try again as it is not working now without formatting it! Thanks for the suggestion!

I just activated a Tracfone Alcatel Pop Icon LTE 2 w/ 1200 M/T/D and 365 days service. I did the SETUP immediately after I was told it was activated. When I set up the google account on this phone it was fine. I received a SMS from Tracfone with the phone number and confirmation of activation...
