I have had an S3 for several months. Upgraded to S4 four days ago. I am on AT&T. Signal side by side: S3 -83 dBm 15 asu S4 -105 dBm 3 aSu. That is a 22 dBm difference, which means the S4 is showing 1,000 times weaker signal! Even though the signal being reported by the S4 is 1,000 times...
