Droid800- nobody is arguing against the technicality aspect of it voiding the warranty... but do you understand that once you upgrade to the newer OS that the phones WILL be covered by warranty?

I just got my phone today and it is amazing. I was using a blackberry prior to the nexus one and I was worried that switching would be hard, but this phone is a beast! The best decision I've made in a while.

I got my N1 today, popped my bb8900 sim card in and PRESTO!!!! I am in love!

I just ordered my nexus one... :D .... I will be popping my 8900 sim card in, and hopefully it works perfectly, that way I can switch between both phone. I am so PUMPED!

Are you guys getting 3G with you BB sim cards? I will be getting a N1 this week and have a 19.99 bb data plan. I understand it works for some people, I am just curious about getting 3g. I would love being able to switch between my N1 and 8900.

I got a craigslist offer for 300... seems fishy. I emailed the dude and he said that he cant afford the data plan any more. I asked for a picture, and he said he doesn't have one but will try to get one. What do you guys think? I really want a nexus one, but cant justify paying 570 after tax...
