I bought mine listed as used on the Amazon Warehouse deals. I couldn't tell it from new except the packaging had been opened. It has functioned perfectly for 6 months.

Verizon removed the link to them, but they are still there. You can make a shortcut for them using quickshortcut-maker or an equivalent app. I found this information in another thread.

Does the V20 have Air Drive like the V10? That feature was removed by Verizon on the V10 and is not on the Verizon V20 either.

FYI, I had some odd behavior and battery life issues on my VZW V10 after the MM update. A backup, reset and restore fixed things and I've been happy with it every since.

Do a backup and than a factory reset. That should fix it. It did mine.

I was seeing a similar result. Prior to MM, I would be at low 80's in the morning. After the update, I was high 50's, low 60's. I only have one night after the rest, but it looks promising.

You can do a complete backup to the SD card via LG Backup or another method and restore after your reset. My issue was that the backup file was corrupted, so I had to add the accounts back in. I had most of my other information backed up through Verizon Cloud. My suggestion is to do multiple...

Update: The first overnight after my factory reset, the morning battery percentage was higher (91% at 11 hours in) than it had ever been on lollipop and much higher than before the reset.

Losing the corrupted LG backup file didn't turn out that bad. A good portion of my data was backed up on Verizon Cloud (messages, contacts, etc.) and I had set Google Backup to backup my app data. The data gets reset when you reload the apps. I had backed up my launcher settings too. Other than...

I assume that you did the Factory data reset.

Did you use the LG backup? Did all of your settings and accounts return properly?
