Forgot to mention that I've since uninstalled Tapatalk and Uber and still get the ad...

Updating apps all the time (through the Play Store) but the only recent apps I've installed on the phone are Tapatalk and Uber. Haven't installed these on the tablet though which suggests it may be an update, as you say. How do I find out though? Uninstall ads trial and error?

Here's a screenshot and video showing the advert and illustrating that it can't be closed unless you click the X... Again, any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
