Hey guys, I've read in a different forum that Samsung will discontinue the roll out of android 4.3 because of the bugs. etc. Battery life, lock screen issues, unresponsive. Is this true?

Thanks for the help. I use Androzip to manage my files, but i can just go to "My files -> SDCARD -> Downloads" and delete the contents right?
