I was going to return mine last weekend, but I decided to keep it through next week for a planned mini-vacation to Florida. Hopefully, with a few underwater pictures. ;)

None of the current offerings really compare to my Note 7, and I refuse to spend a ton on a phone I don't want. I'm going back to a Note 4 until next year's phones come out. Hopefully, something will pique my interest by then.

:( While it may not be 'necessary' to everyone, I actually used the iris scanner far more often and reliably than the fingerprint scanner. It was super fast for me on both phones I had, and I hate to give it up. I'm not ready to give up the headphone jack either. I don't own any bluetooth...

My guess is probably not (I think something about credit might be noted by the vendor at the time of exchange/refund, but this is just conjecture on my part and could be wrong). I'm going back to a Note 4, myself.

Re: Note 4 or 5? I'm going to be using my brother's old Note 4 until next year's phones come out. If I was actually having to buy one, I might go for the 64gb Note 5, but since I'm not, the Note 4 is at least familiar and has the storage I need and plenty of back up batteries. ;)

I'm not sure. This is the first time I've ever preordered a phone or even gotten a phone the same year it was released. It was nice to get it shipped to me and not have to deal with the in store processes, but the replacement process and fact that I now need to return it again, kind of renders...
