Know of any camera apps that let your do that?

On my HTC one m7 I was able to draw, write and/or edit the picture in a variety of ways directly from the stock camera/gallery. Is this possible on the LG g3? I've tried but to no avail. It only lets me perform the usual editing that most generic camera phones are able to do.

I am on Verizon and on Saturday I was prompted to install lollipop and i did and I regret it. Is it possible to uninstall it and go back to what I had before? Do I have to call Verizon and request that from them?
