Mine started doing this recently too and I didn't change anything about the phone, and usage is the same as always.

I have the Supcase Beetle (Premium?) and I love it. I've tried a bunch of different cases and it's my favorite so far. I use it with an ArmorSuit screen protector. I dropped it face down on the concrete yesterday and not a scratch.

I sent all my stuff in for the ATT free 48 inch tv deal. I got an e-mail back that they didn't accept my Best Buy online receipt because it didn't show purchase date. WTF? Now it says I only have 1 more chance or I'll be disqualified. How can I make sure they accept an online receipt?

Same boat. Everyone in my family including grandparents use an iPhone. It's tough to get my parents to use the correct group text message, let alone my 95 year old grandma!
